From survey to service life

Sizing, remote diagnosis, spare parts and on-site service from one team.

Service steps

In the order a project meets them.

01

Site survey

A walk-through of areas, surfaces, obstacles, lift and access-control conditions, plus the plumbing available for a docking station.

02

Configuration and estimate

Model mix, zone plan, cleaning frequency and consumable estimate. A labour comparison is included only when the customer supplies a reliable baseline; the current answer set has no verified before-and-after labour case.

03

Deployment plan

Staging plan, charging and docking positions, network and lift integration scope, and a training schedule for the operating team.

04

Remote diagnosis

The cloud platform reports equipment status and faults, and self-check covers sensors, motors and the main controller. Partners receive remote technical support for genuine product faults; site-network, water or drainage problems remain site responsibilities.

05

Spare parts and consumables

Roller brushes, squeegees, filters and wear parts are stocked so replacements are not a project in themselves.

06

Warranty and on-site service

Warranty terms, on-site response targets and escalation paths are agreed in the contract.

Training and partner enablement

Training for operators, engineers and partners.

Operator training

Hands-on training for the cleaning team: task setup, zone planning, daily checks and consumable changes. A standard handover includes one online foundation session, one systematic on-site session and ongoing product training.

Technical training

For facility engineers and service partners: diagnostics, map management, lift and access-control integration. Partner service levels are L1 and L2, with L2 reviewed every 6–12 months.

Channel enablement

Demos, workshops and sales training, so partners can position and support the line in their own market.

What the service commits to

The four points a buyer asks about first: warranty, response, a loan unit, and reach outside China.

  • Warranty

One year on the machine, with an extended-warranty option; the term and scope follow the contract.

  • Response

KA customers within 0.5 h, standard customers within 1 h. Safety or property-damage issues get a solution within 2 h; an automatic-operation fault gets a solution within 4 h after logs are collected, and other abnormalities within 2 days.

  • Loan unit

When a fault cannot be repaired on site, a replacement machine is provided.

  • Outside China

Five service centres cover more than 30 countries outside mainland China.
