Manufacturing
A data-collection factory and an intelligent manufacturing base in Shanghai support iteration and volume production.
Operator training
Hands-on training for the cleaning team: task setup, zone planning, daily checks and consumable changes. A standard handover includes one online foundation session, one systematic on-site session and ongoing product training.
Technical training
For facility engineers and service partners: diagnostics, map management, lift and access-control integration. Partner service levels are L1 and L2, with L2 reviewed every 6–12 months.
Channel enablement
Demos, workshops and sales training, so partners can position and support the line in their own market.
